At this time we do not offer returns for international orders. If your order is damaged, you received the wrong order or you had an adverse reaction, please email email@example.com.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases and first-month subscription purchases.
If you have any issues with your product(s) drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-624-9355 (1-877-mbg-well). Our team is available to help Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays. If you proceed with a return, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the product, less the cost of return shipping and handling. We are unable to accept returns for orders outside of our 30-day return window.
Please note that if you are currently subscribed to one of our supplements+, returning your order to us does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your monthly subscription plan, please contact us via email at email@example.com at least 3 business days before your next order is generated or by calling us at 1-877-624-9355 (1-877-mbg-well) (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm EST, excluding holidays). If your cancelation request is sent after your order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel that shipment.
