Returns and Exchanges
Domestic orders
We now offer free Exchanges!
We offer returns and exchanges for mbg supplements+ products within 30 days of receiving your order. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for clean coffee+ or personal care products.
All 90-day subscriptions are subject to the same 30-day return and exchange policy as long as subsequent refills are unopened and return requests are made within the 30-day window upon receiving the shipment.
Exchanges
mindbodygreen will waive return shipping charges for first exchanges. If opting to exchange a second time, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs (flat fee: $8). Two exchanges is the maximum number of exchanges allowed per order.
Once your initial order is marked as delivered at our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation for your exchanged product. Processing time may take 1-3 business days after your return is received.
If you wish to exchange a subscription item, please note that initiating an exchange will not change the product for your future orders. To swap an item for your future recurring orders, please log into your mbg account. Returns
mindbodygreen will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping charges which customers are responsible for.
International orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
At this time we do not offer returns for international orders. If your order is damaged, you received the wrong order or you had an adverse reaction, please email support@mindbodygreen.com.
If you have any issues with your product(s) drop us a line at support@mindbodygreen.com or call 1-877-624-9355 (1-877-mbg-well). Our team is available to help Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays. If you proceed with a return, you will receive a full refund within 10-12 business days after we process the return, less the cost of return shipping and handling. We are unable to accept returns for orders outside of our 30-day return window.
Please note that if you are currently subscribed to one of our supplements+, returning your order to us does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your monthly subscription plan, please contact us via email at support@mindbodygreen.com at least 3 business days before your next order is generated or by calling us at 1-877-624-9355 (1-877-mbg-well) (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm EST, excluding holidays). If your cancellation request is sent after your order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel that shipment.
