Our subscription is designed with flexibility in mind. Need to skip your next order, update your products, or get your order sooner? You’re in control. Changes apply to future orders and won’t affect those already confirmed.
How to Manage Your Subscription:
- Access the Subscription Management Portal.

Make changes to your subscription:
- Skip your next order – Click "Skip" to push your next shipment to the following cycle.
- Edit your subscription items – Click "Edit items" to swap or remove products.
- Process an order immediately – Click "Ship now" to place your next order right away.
- Apply discount – Click to add an eligible subscription discount
- Cancel – Click to cancel your subscription
Updating Your Information:
- To update your shipping address or payment method, click "Edit" next to Shipping Information or Billing within your subscription settings.

*Any changes made once the order has been processed will be reflected for the following month. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
