In order to manage your subscription with mindbodygreen, you must have an account. Please note, having a subscription or placing an order does not create an account.

Even though you have a subscription or have placed an order with mindbodygreen, you will need to create an account here to manage your order history and subscriptions. It is important to note that customers (including subscribers) do not create an account at purchase.
To create your account click here and click "Sign Up" on the left. Please be sure to use the same email address that you used at purchase, as this is the email address to which your subscription is registered. Once you have set up your account you will then receive a verification email. You will need to verify your account to view and modify your subscription information.
Already have an account? Note: If you are signed in to your account when you enter the site, you will be directed to the homepage of mindbodygreen.com and will need to access your account through the following steps based on your device.
To cancel your subscription
Once you have accessed your self-service account, click "Home" in the menu options. From there, navigate to "Subscriptions". While viewing your subscriptions, you can cancel, edit frequency, update payment methods, and more.

Please note that if your cancelation request is sent after your order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel that shipment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel non-preorders at this time once the order has been placed.
