How do I manage my account information?

Have you created an account? Note sure? START HERE

Even though you have a subscription or have placed an order with mindbodygreen, you will need to create an account here to manage your order history and subscriptions. It is important to note that customers (including subscribers) do not create an account at purchase. 

To create your account click here and scroll down to 'Sign up.' Please be sure to use the same email address that you used at purchase, as this is the email address to which your subscription is registered. Once you have set up your account you will then receive a verification email. You will need to verify your account to view and modify your subscription information. 

Already have an account? Note: If you are signed in to your account when you enter the site, you will be directed to the homepage of mindbodygreen.com and will need to access your account through the following steps based on your device.

Understanding your account view

Use the top navigation bar to access all account information. On mobile devices, scroll to the left to view all options.

Orders & Tracking

• View all past orders, tracking and receipts

Subscriptions

Note: You will be redirected to our subscriptions portal within Shopify. To navigate back to the main account menu, click back on your desktop or mobile device.

• Subscriptions
• Need to reactivate a canceled subscription, you can do this here! After you reactivate your account, you can manage delivery frequency.

• Upcoming orders
• Purchase history
• Shipping
• Payment Methods
• Need to update your payment information? Click “Add new payment method”
• Note: Some payment providers may prompt a link to your inbox to update your payment information. Please make sure you check your spam. You will also need to make sure you select your preferred payment option within this platform so it updates automatically on your subscription. • Add a product to your subscription (one-time or new subscription order)
• View your most recent order
