United States Weather Delays

Due to heavy rains impacting the United States west coast, we are experiencing some minor first-mile transit delays for shipments traveling through Nevada and California. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges.

Canada

Delays Due to Inclement Weather

Canada post has advised of snow and inclement weather, which are causing parcel delays throughout the country.

Ecuador

Delays Due to Limited Transportation and Backlog

We have been advised that due to limited availability of air transportation and a corresponding backlog of parcels, shipments to Ecuador are experiencing delays.

Israel

Delays Due to Labor Shortages and Backlog

Industry sources have reported that due to labor shortages, as well as local customs backlogs, parcels to Israel are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks.

Macao, China

Delays Due to COVID-19

Macao Post has advised that due to impacts relating to COVID-19, parcel delivery and processing are subject to delay.

Peru

Delays Due to Civil Unrest and Strike

Peru remains in a state of Emergency due to recent civil unrest and protests occurring throughout the country. In addition, the government has advised that multiple regions are reporting an indefinite strike, as well as a rail strike. Road blocks are making some areas and locations impassable. Delays are expected.

Saudi Arabia

Delays Due to Inclement Weather

We have been advised that due to heavy rains and inclement weather conditions, parcels to Saudi Arabia are currently experiencing delays.

Thailand

Delays Due to Holiday Closures

Officials in Thailand have informed us that public offices were closed from December 31st through January 3rd in observance of the New Year's Day Holiday. Some delays are anticipated as a result of the closures.

United Kingdom

Delays Due to Strike

Due to recent Royal Mail strikes and a corresponding holiday backlog, we are experiencing longer than usual transit times for parcels headed to the United Kingdom. Delays are expected to continue until the backlog is cleared.

Destination Country Scanning Issues

We have been alerted that some destination countries practicing contactless delivery have suspended written proof of delivery, which means that accurate delivery scan data may not be provided. 

This applies to parcels bound forAustralia, Canada, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Russia.
